How do I advertise my scrapbooking services and products?
I am trying to find the best way to advertise my scrapbooking services and products. Does anybody out there enjoy scrapbooking? What are some ways to expand my services to more people who love scrapbooking?
I recommend visiting scrapbooking forums and posting your services on their sites, if the forum rules allow it. Alternatively, do you have a website? There are many hosting companies that can help you create a website even with average computer experience. Alternatively, have you considered attending your community fairs this spring and summer to have a booth? You might contact your local city government and find out if you can teach a class for free on scrapbooking how-to’s for the community rec center. Go to senior centers, church groups, and volunteer to teach them. You’ll have a chance to introduce yourself and tastefully tell them you offer these services. Don’t make it a strong sales job, just get your name out there.

What do you buy to hook a cricut up to a computer?
I want to buy a cricut but I am not sure if I can afford it. I would use it mostly for cutting out letters and if I could hook it up to my computer, that would be doable. Does that even work?
To hook the cricut up to your computer you need the same cord that hooks up to most HP printers to your computer.
The Cricut is a cartridged based system so the only reason you would need to hook it up to your computer is if you also buy their Design Studio software and that comes with the needed cord. Even if you were to buy the software you would still need to purchase cartridges to use the machine. It does not cut the shapes and fonts on your computer (unless you purchase a third party software).
Also in my area there are a lot of cricuts on craigslist and some where able to get one at goodwill. I would get the Cricut Personal cutter if you only plan to do just letters. Sometimes Joanns and Michaels put those on sale for less than $100.

I was also wondering if I can also put classes taken on a college allpication if they were not accredited?I can also croquet, sew, embroider, and scrapbook a little. I;m really good at scrapbooking though.I have to go to a Christian private school. Will this effesct my chances of getting in?This is wha the school website says under accredited:Chisholm Trail Academy is accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges and Universities which is a recognized member of the National Council for Private School Accreditation and the Texas Private School Commission and is recognized as accredited by the Texas Education Agency.Does this mean I can only go to a college in Texas?Or is it possible for me to go to an ivy league? My gpa will be atleast a 3.8 or higher.and my SAT about 1900. I will also take the ACT and I do pretty good on those sort of things.
i no how to spell im in a hurry!
If your schools is accredited by an agency the state recognizes, any school in the country will accept your credits. Although that’s really something you should have checked 4 years ago.
Your class list looks pretty typical. We can’t tell you anything about where you’ll get in with knowing GPA, SAT scores, and class standing. The Ivies turn down a lot more people than they take, including many valedictorians, straight-A students, and perfect SAT scorers.
If you took classes in those other things you mentioned, they’ll already be on your transcript.
